This Bonus Policy governs all bonuses, promotions and related winnings offered by 8ii (the Company) to players using the Website or mobile applications, including communications issued via the Website, notifications and newsletters. It forms an integral part of the 8ii Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering progress is tracked in the user’s account. The Company may specify different contribution rates by game category and by provider as applicable to each offer. Unless stated otherwise, the following applies:
During active wagering, a maximum stake applies to each spin or hand, unless the offer states otherwise. If a bet exceeds the limit, the amount exceeding the limit may not count toward wagering requirements, and any resulting winnings may be restricted or forfeited. Typical limits may be set at the equivalent of 5 EUR (or currency equivalent) per spin/hand, subject to offer terms.
Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of credit. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period, the Bonus Funds and any winnings associated with the Bonus will be voided and removed from the account. For certain Offers, an additional expiry may apply to the Bonus or to winnings derived from Bonus play; such details are provided in the relevant offer terms.
In the event of partial or full withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the Bonus Funds, associated winnings and any wagered amounts may be debited from the account. A Bonus balance may also be automatically canceled when the active Bonus funds reach a low threshold (as specified in the offer terms and currency), or when the account balance becomes zero.
Only one Bonus may be active at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other Bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. 8ii reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any Bonus offer that would result in stacking or duplication of benefits beyond the defined policy.
8ii maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, sharing devices or payment methods, using VPNs or proxy services to access the site, making deposits to exploit an offer, delaying game rounds to bypass wagering, or any scheme intended to circumvent wagering requirements. If such activity is detected or suspected, 8ii may withhold or cancel Bonus funds and winnings, and may suspend or terminate the involved accounts.
Participation in Bonus offers is limited to players physically located within jurisdictions approved by 8ii. Some regions may be excluded from certain offers. Location verification may be required at any stage of the promotion process.
8ii reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any Bonus offer and to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Such changes apply to new offers and, where permitted, to existing offers unless prohibited by law or by the terms of an individual promotion.
