During the Time-out, you will be blocked from depositing, withdrawing, and gambling. Time-outs can be revoked only after a 24-hour waiting period from the initial request. After the Time-out ends, access to the account is restored unless a higher level of exclusion has been selected.
Self-exclusion is a longer-term or permanent break from using the Platform. You may select a self-exclusion period from available options, including a minimum period of three months and up to five years, or an indefinite exclusion. Once you submit a self-exclusion request and it is accepted, the account will be disabled for the chosen period and you will be prevented from gambling or accessing funds on the Platform during the exclusion.
Requests may be submitted through the in-platform Self-Exclusion page or via our Customer Support team. The process operates in two stages: Stage 1 provides a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period during which play is blocked. After Stage 1, you will be informed of the available self-exclusion periods and must confirm your chosen period. If you do not respond within 24 hours after Stage 1, the request may be treated as withdrawn and normal access may resume unless a new request is submitted.
During an active exclusion, access to the Platform is blocked, and deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. You will not receive promotional materials related to Platform activities. If bets were placed before the exclusion began, those bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable terms. The Company will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but is not liable for breaches resulting from attempts to access the Platform through third-party methods or newly created accounts with different identifying details.
At the end of the chosen exclusion period, access to the Platform is automatically restored. You may request termination of self-exclusion earlier by contacting Customer Support, subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before reactivation. If you seek an extension, the extension will be considered under the same process as the original selection and may be granted at the Company's discretion.
Throughout the exclusion period, 8ii provides information and resources to support responsible gambling and will direct you to professional help if needed. In-platform guidance on safe gambling practices is available, and the Company may present options for access to additional support services. 8ii does not guarantee outcomes from external services, but will assist in locating appropriate professional assistance where requested.
All self-exclusion requests are handled with strict confidentiality. Personal information associated with self-exclusion is processed in accordance with 8ii’s Privacy Policy and is retained only for as long as necessary to enforce exclusion and to comply with applicable law.
This Self-Exclusion Policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or operational practices. Updated terms take effect on the stated effective date in any notice of change.
